Shipping

US Standard (3–7 business days): Free on orders $75+, otherwise flat $8.00
US Expedited (2–3 business days): $16.00
International (7–14 business days): calculated at checkout; duties and taxes may apply

Orders placed before 12pm PT ship the same business day; otherwise within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed automatically.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Return shipping is $6, deducted from your refund — or free when you choose store credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size or color are always free within the US. Start an exchange by emailing support@sunroomapparel.com with your order number.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo and your order number within 14 days and we'll make it right immediately — replacement shipped free.
