Data retention & security
Order records are retained as required by tax and consumer-protection law; marketing data is deleted upon opt-out. Data is transmitted over TLS and access is restricted to personnel who need it.
Third parties
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, and email delivery. We never sell your personal information to data brokers.
Children
Sunroom is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
